The Umpire Scheduler creates umpire assignments based on information and selection criteria you enter in the various files provided. Data entry files include: Umpires, Teams, Fields, Team Game-Schedules, Field Game-Schedules, Exceptions, Advance Notice and Do Not Send. Umpire File Includes: An Active/Inactive Status, An Umpire Rating System, Available Days, Off Work Time, League, Sport, Game Type, Plus Address and other Contact Information.

Match umpires to teams or fields based on skill level, sport, league or game type. Flexible enough to schedule by day, week, month or season and you can include every umpire in your file or only those you select. If after reviewing the generated assignment file you are not satisfied with the results, simply adjust your selection criteria and re-run the schedule program. You'll also have the option of editing the assignment file generated by the program to make last minute changes.
